This is by far my favourite appetizer: TGIF 9-layer Mediterranean plate with ‘layers’ of finely chopped parsley, black and green olives, feta cheese, pepper, hommus tahina, sour cream, tomatoes topped with fresh basil leaves. Summer is sizzling here and in a few more weeks, the beach is THE weekend destination. Always be reminded to slather sunblock, wear good sunglasses and lots of water.

Received a deck of Post-Its from our supplier, 3M, as a new year’s token. I was so happy to see that each sheet was personalized with my full married name on it. Cool!
